A Gentle, Grounded Yoga Practice — Shaped With Care

This is a gentle, non-striving yoga class — one that prioritises safety, nervous system regulation, and a sense of ease in the body.

This will not be a push-through or performance-based practice.
There will be no forcing, no “go harder,” and no pressure to meet external expectations. This makes the class suitable for beginners, those returning to practice, and people living with injuries or chronic illness.

This offering is for people who want to move slowly, listen deeply, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and sustainable.

If you’re craving a slower, more compassionate approach to yoga — one that values the process as much as the outcome, and honours both individual healing and shared space — I’d love for you to join us
